Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate must fulfill the following requirements in order to be considered for the Milton Fisher Scholarship:

- Anyone who resides in the New York City metropolitan area or Connecticut and intends to enroll in, or is currently enrolled in, an American university or college elsewhere in the nation.
