The Yousef Jameel GAPP Public Leadership Program 2025 for the Young Egyptians is now accepting applications. The Yousef Jameel Public Leadership Program was launched in May 2011 by Yousef Jameel in collaboration with the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP). Its main goal is to prepare young, capable Egyptians for leadership positions in Egypt following the January 25 Revolution by enhancing their capacity in the fields of public administration and public policy.
The Yousef Jameel public leadership program will have helped to develop a cadre of highly qualified, capable graduates prepared to assume the duty of bringing about change in Egyptian society by providing support to 300 fellows in 12 cohorts of 25 Egyptian graduate students annually.

Scholarship Period:
Within two and a half years, including an optional study abroad semester, students must finish their master's degrees. Every semester, the fellowship is reviewed.Eligibility Criteria:
- Egyptian citizens
- A bachelor's degree in the social sciences (business administration, management, political science, law, and so forth), engineering (mechanical, electrical, construction, and so forth), or science (pharmacy, medical, computer science, chemistry, and so forth) from an approved university
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 or a gayed geddan rating is required.
- Meet the standards for AUC graduate admissions, such as having a score on the IELTS or an international TOEFL IBT.
- After earning their bachelor's degree, graduates from 2013–2023 must have at least two and no more than twelve years of relevant professional job experience, ideally in public, nonprofit, or international development organizations.
- By September 2025, continuing students will only be taken into consideration if they have completed no more than six credit hours (2 courses).
- On an individual basis, candidates who have earned a "Good" grade on their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree may be taken into consideration for the selection process.
