Its objective is to provide mentored training for students pursuing degrees in biomedicine or life sciences. The language used will be English. Since the CNIO is committed to training and educating the next generation of cancer researchers, "excellence" has become the guiding concept of its advanced learning programs.

A division of the Carlos III Health Institute, the National Centre for Cancer Research (CNIO) is a Spanish research organization that was founded in 1998. Finding out why some people get cancer while others do not is one of our main objectives. Participants benefit from the center's globally diverse environment in addition to the challenges of cutting-edge science and all it has to offer.
