An esteemed merit-based award for international students from outside the EU/EEA is the Lund University Global award 2025. For bachelor's and master's degree programs at Lund University, one of the top 100 universities in the world, it provides full or partial tuition cost reimbursement.

Sweden's cost of living
Even when tuition is paid for, students still need to budget for living expenditures.- Monthly lodging costs range from SEK 3,000 to 6,000 (€250 to €500).
- Monthly food and grocery expenses: SEK 2,000–3,000 (€170–€250).
- Monthly transportation and other expenses range from SEK 1,500 to 2,500 (€130 to €210).

Application Process:
- Apply through University Admissions Sweden for a degree program at Lund University.
- Fill out the scholarship application, which will be available from February 6, 2025, to February 16, 2025.
- Write a 600-word letter of motivation for the scholarship outlining your reasons for receiving it.
