 Rotary Peace Fellowships 2025 for International Students

Applications for the Rotary Peace Fellowships 2025 are being accepted. All international students are eligible to apply for 130 scholarships from Rotary Peace to study master's degrees and certificate programs at one of the top universities in the world. There will be 130 fully funded positions awarded by Rotary Peace Fellowship this year. 50 scholarships for master's degree programs and 80 for certificate programs are available. The Master Scholarship lasts for 15 to 24 months, while the Short Certificate programs last for 3 months.

Applications for the Rotary Peace Scholarships are open to all students worldwide. It is fully funded, with Rotary Foundation scholarships covering all costs. More than 1,300 fellowships from more than 115 countries have been granted by Rotary Peace since the program's inception in 2002.

Financial Benefits:

Regarding master's degree programs. Participants will attend one of the prestigious universities listed below to study.
  • Australia's University of Queensland in Brisbane
  • Bradford University, Bradford, England
  • Tokyo, Japan's International Christian University
  • Sweden's Uppsala University, Uppsala
  • Durham and Chapel Hill, USA: Duke University and the University of North Carolina.

Certificate Programs:

  • Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand
  • Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda

Duration of the Program:

  • Master’s Degree: 15 to 24 Months
  • Professional Certificate: 3 Month Program

Documents Required:

  • A resume.
  • Academic and/or professional recommendations.
  • Essays.
  • Transcripts.
  • A social impact plan (only for certificates).
  • Test results (only for master's degrees) are required for applications. 
  • English must be used for all materials.

Eligibility Criteria:

Regarding the Master's Program:

  • Be Fluent in English
  • possess an undergraduate degree
  • Possess a strong dedication to peace and intercultural understanding, as demonstrated by your academic and professional accomplishments as well as your volunteer or personal work.
  • Possibility of Leadership
  • possess three years or more of full-time experience working for peace or development
If you work for a Rotary club, Rotary International, or any Rotary organization, or are an active member of Rotary, you are not eligible.

Program for Certificates:

  • Have fluency in English
  • own an undergraduate degree.
  • Possess a strong dedication to peace and intercultural understanding, as demonstrated by your academic and professional accomplishments as well as your volunteer or personal work.
  • Show off your leadership abilities.
  • Describe how their strategy to advance peace fits with Rotary's objective.
